My name Dmitry. I have technical education (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, mathematician, system programmer, applied mathematics and computer science) and work in IT field for more than 15 years. Most of this time I worked as a business and system analyst (requirement engineer) in several companies. I have experience as a test-engineer for embedded software for aircraft systems in strictly standardized area, as a specialist in QA department, creating all kinds of documentation, planning and implementing test-cases, communicating with customers, gathering and managing requirements and requirement's changes. Have a lot of experience in communicating with different kinds of customers, including high level government organizations and small companies. Have experience in business and system analysis in different subject areas, including such as information security, banking systems and insurance.I took part in software and hardware products development process, many of which are used now by lots of people. Last several years I work in banks as an analytics specialist, my task is to describe detailed technical requirements for banking systems in the customer loans field and in investment banking.I think gathering, arranging, documenting and transferring requirements from customers to development team is a critical step in the whole development process. It allows to be sure (and to make sure the customers) that the product fits all the needs and agreements and makes possible to support and change the product in the future.The best thing in this job is to know that you produce artifacts that are used by many people (customers, developers, testers, product owners) and add value to the product making it manageable, and that the development process becomes more efficient, manageable and transparent.Ready for relocation, ready to work in any time zone.
