Responsibilities: - Preparation and implementation of marketing plans, monthly and weekly monitoring- Overall control of the department's work and ensuring that plans are met- Lead generation and search for new customers, new sales channels- Internet marketing: corporate website development, contextual advertising, targeting, SEO, content marketing- Writing articles for website and other resources- Preparation and attendance at conferences and exhibitions- Development of brochures, presentations and other product materials- Cooperate with external marketing agencies, organize work of freelancers- Market and competitor analysis- Suggest product improvements, develop new featuresResults:- As a result of promoting the platform over the last 2 years, the number of requests on the site from potential customers increased from 0 to 7-10 per week.- Created and packaged a separate boxed product based on custom development experience.- Created and developed a community around the free version of the platform (there were two versions - Enterprise and Community).- Created and packaged 10 different solutions based on the platform for different business areas after analyzing the customers' work and market needs: contract management, credit pipeline, procurement management, etc.- Launched two websites for the Russian market (redesign, logic revision) and foreign market - from scratch (www.citeck.ru, www.citeck.com).
