В настоящее время я руковожу командой из 10 квалифицированных специалистов по тестированию.Основные обязанности:1) Управление командой: Руководство командой из 10 инженеров по тестированию, предоставление наставничества и содействие их профессиональному росту.2) Планирование и организация: Разработка и внедрение стратегий тестирования, планирование тестовых мероприятий и распределение задач в команде.3) Контроль качества: Обеспечение высокого уровня качества продуктов посредством тщательного тестирования и внедрения лучших практик.4) Взаимодействие с другими отделами: Сотрудничество с разработчиками, менеджерами проектов и другими заинтересованными сторонами для успешной реализации проектов.5) Анализ и отчетность: Подготовка отчетов о результатах тестирования, анализ данных и предложение улучшений для оптимизации процессов тестирования.В проекте используются все современные технологии (kafka, kamunda, JRPC и др.), сотни микросервисов и множество интеграций. Тестрование как отдельных модулей (бэкэнд), так и интеграций и системы в целом. Отдельно тестируется фронт.Моя цель — постоянное улучшение процессов тестирования и обеспечение максимального качества продуктов.
