My vision is: The auto market fifty years from now will consist of four segments. The largest will be ground and combined ground/air vehicles with autopilot (and only). The two smaller segments will be air and ground cars with manual controls for pleasure. This will be a premium hobby that will occupy the same niche as the personal aeroplane, yacht, sports car or horse today.My mission is: To give people the ability to move around in their personal space without the need for steering, quickly, environmentally friendly and safely. Leaving the fun-to-drive options for those who are truly enthusiastic about it. I want to achieve this trough taking the customer experience in automotive industry to a new level through new approach to digitisation, mobility, new business formats and models. My goal is: To become an international-level executive leader. Target is to take the CCO position for one of the top automotive brands worldwide. To leave something after myself and go into history not because of ambitions, but for understanding that life hasn't been lived in vain and I did something really valuable for many people.Serious plans? Yes. Ambitious? Yes. Is it achievable? I'll do my best!
