CurrentMaintaining safety environment on the production linesaccording to Caesarstone’s guidelines and policies.Building and maintaining JSA’s, SOP’s, specific workinstructions and execution of safety audit within theproduction. Building training program, maintaining training and skillmatrix to achieve high professionality within theemployees. Owner of the mold production plan and schedule Managing the department routines such as daily meetings,KPI plan, PDM meeting, and 6S management. Direct work with programmers on PLC adjustmentsfor availability improvements and based on productquality requirements. Support R&D processes of New Products introduction andparticipation in commissioning of new equipment for amass production. Daily troubleshooting of the line and model defectsderiving from compaction process and constantcollaboration with Maintenance on downtime related tomachinery. Responsible for monitoring and improving ofcycle time.
