This company is an Internet service for placing ads for goods, real estate, vacancies, and resumes in the labor market, as well as services from individuals and companies, ranking first in the world among classifieds sites.I came here to try myself as a developer in a big-tech company. I was involved in the development of one of the most important modules of any system - the order and payment page. I liked to feel at the heart of the business when you can see how much money the company makes and how many users it has. As part of the team, I was involved in improving the user experience and increasing conversion rates. We ran A/B tests, set and tracked metrics, and worked on improving the accessibility of the site. I also had to help neighboring teams in developing modules that we shared in our packages.It was an extremely interesting experience, but due to the situation in the country, I had to change jobs.

I got into the company at the very early stage of the product (and the company) and participated in developing almost every part of it. The product itself is a platform for online events. Our biggest customer is Amazon (not bad for a growing startup).Responsibilities:- building and maintaining the project architecture- implementing features- code review- dev team managementAchievements:- cleaned up the post-MVP mess- applied a bunch of design patterns- became a guru of Webpack and project configuration- configured decent ESLint and Prettier- added a state manager in the form of a bundle of MobX + React Context (very convenient by the way) with a modular architecture- succeeded in setting up the mono-rep for a ready-made project- created our UI kit and along the way improved the communication between designers and developers- added theming (support of light, dark, and even custom themes)- created a testing environment with Jest + RTL- transferred the project to micro-frontend architecture
