• Management of a multi-jurisdictional team of 10 lawyers;• Oversight of negotiations and contracts, purchase and sale of assets, recruitment, accounting and taxation, and all other critical aspects of business in the regions of Latin America and EMEA;• Management of Mergers & Acquisitions of the Group in Latin America and EMEA;• Management of intellectual property of the Group:  Member of the Operational IP-Committee of the Group;  IP-Director of Sodrugestvo Group S.A. (holder of business permit);  Development of Group wide IP policies and procedures;  Development, worldwide registration and protection of Group Trademarks;  Setting up process of documenting know-how and patentable inventions.• Corporate secretarial work (Group wide):  Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements;  Organization of board, shareholders and other meetings;  Communication with Investors;  Communication with regulatory and external bodies;  Maintenance of company records;  Oversight of internal compliance with and implementation of Board decisions;• Dispute resolutions and management of court cases;• Creation and implementation of group procedures and processes regarding best practices of corporate governance, legal and corporate secretarial work, as well as document management;• Member of the Board of Directors of the trading and special purpose companies in Latin America and EMEA.
