Successfully supervised a digital transformation project for a large manufacturer, implementing Bitrix24: developed regulations, created an analytical base, set up sales funnels and integrated product distribution from 1C to B24.My experience includes adapting sales teams to new market conditions, building sales teams from the ground up, and redesigning existing departments for new massive types of clients such as designers and other professionals.
