Organizes implementation of the protection monitoring based on the region, makes relevant schedule, instruct monitors etc.Consolidates information provided by monitors and compiles weekly situation reports and other reports requested by Team Leader, Senior Data Manager and Monitoring Coordinator;If required visits predetermined districts/locations and interviews appropriate key Informants and households according to the methodology for the respective assessments. Conducts a profound monitoring of the different life spheres of IDPs, returnees and those remaining in the areas affected by the conflict;Recognizes and gives an account of problems in obtaining data during the assessment and other challenges encountered, as to support evaluation of data collection mechanism;If required, conducts an ad-hoc monitoring following instructions provided by R2P on a weekly basis;Attends web-meetings, trainings and study visits organized by R2P and when required shares information with monitors;Provides careful and comprehensive guidance on humanitarian and protection monitoring to monitors;Submits completed tasks to region's Team Leader and to Senior Data Manager;Effectively communicates with Senior Data Manager and Protection and Community Mobilisation Coordinator regarding the weekly tasks for protection monitoring and further instructions;Immediately reports any security incidents involving R2P staff to Team Leader and Project Manager both orally and in written. Informs Senior Data Manager, Project Manager and Team Leader about any cases of discrimination of IDPs, deprivation them of their rights or any other cases of IDPs human rights violations not indicated in the ad-hoc weekly tasks for protection monitoring;Collects financial documents (invoices, receipts, etc) and claims reimbursement of expenses following R2P procedures in outlined deadline

-• Build and support relations with key stakeholders on local and regional levels, scientific institutions, NGOs as well as managing relationships with the regional offices of law enforcement agencies.• Providing support in organization of events in Donetsk and Kharkiv regions (conferences, round tables, workshops etc.),maintaining contact with regional offices of business associations.• Preparing update on regional political situation and presenting it country leadership team members. • Preparation of recommendations for actions of the company in current political and economic situation.
