I have team of 6 employees, managing of cross-functional contractor’s teams up to 35 representatives.Responsibility:• Direct work with foreign designers (such as: ATELIER COS, ZURETTI): coordination of their work, analyzing and accepting of conceptual solutions, checking technical solutions to Russian norms• Forming project concept• Preparing documentation and negotiating them in Expertize• Preparing regular report documentation and presentation for the Customer• Organization of subcontractors tender, approve decisions before the customer

Subordination: Technical DirectorArea of responsibility: construction of commercial facilities from zero-cycle of construction up to the commissioning stage, managed team of 10 employees, management of cross-functional teams of contractors.Responsibility:• Managed and completed full-cycle real estate development up to commissioning and opening projects for visitors. • Managed 3 large and up to 10 small projects at the same time.• Formed the construction budget of the project and approved with the top management.• Formed and implemented procedures between internal departments, forms of contracts with external companies of different functions, common standards of construction projects stages. • Participated in the formation of conceptual solutions for projects and developed technical construction specifications.• While project realization using Lean Management technology• Work with BIM system in construction process • Internal team target setting is prepared using SMART system• In process of hard situation solving insidy company use system: “and/or” (training to avoid ultimate solution) TOOLSI’m using: AutoCad, ArhiCad, Revit, MagiCad, Primavera, Photoshop, Lotus, Консультант Плюс, Microsoft Office.
