I joined the marketing department to build a systematic lead generation process on social media.During the first year of operation, I increased the number of social media leads from tens to hundreds per month.My responsibilities:- updating the company's processes for interaction with social media- development of a strategy for promoting services on social media- creating content to promote services- setting up targeting on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Xing- development of personal brands of employees of the company- digital support for the company’s participation in international IT events.

I started as a copywriter and social media moderator, and developed into a social media manager with a team of 5+ professionals (moderators, designers, copywriters).I successfully participated in tenders for developing and implementing social media strategies. As a result, during my 4+ years at the agency, I developed the social media of regular clients, such as A1 Belarus (part of A1 Telekom Austria Group) and APS (a large European cargo carrier).I also experienced working with Alivaria Brewery (part of Carlsberg Group), the Dutch agency for real estate developers and architects VERO, and A-100 Development, a large real estate developer in Belarus.

Development of a news agenda for a thematic B2B portal about road freight transportation. My responsibilities:- Designing a website using CMS- Editing materials for freelance authors- Writing my own materials- Promoting content on social media.
