• Deep understanding and vast experience based on more than 20 years in telecom industry (mobile/broadband/wireline) in Russia and CIS. • Experience in both Network Operations and Network Development of the mobile networks. Being responsible for optimal network performance and efficient daily operations (in-house and outsourced) as well as for succesfull roll-out and management of start-up projects (core network, VAS, network management, managed services for NOC and network technical support)• Successful practical implementation of the outsourcing of wireless network technical support based on SLA (service level agreement); included key processes and KPIs evaluation, development and/or optimization, service level monitoring and SLA contract principles design, SLA contract management• Negotiation and people management skills and the ability to motivate people and mentor subordinates• Target planning, organizational and project management skills• Well-developed social and interpersonal skills• Fluent English
