AdSolution was created as a development department for Vital, advertising company in Moscow. When I become to this company, I was sent to study SkillFactory (https://skillfactory.ru/) quick course named "Practical Machine Learning". This course lasted about three months. On this job I worked with several different internet ad cases:- segmentation user interests by pages titles, which he visited. I used most common modules and algorithms for this: pymorphy2 for text lemmatization, tfidf for texts frequency count, word2vec model for getting texts similarities.- predicting bid on second price auction. In this case I used Ridge Regression from scikit-learn library.- searching look-alike audience, there I used NearestNeighbors.- predicting viewing advertisement on the site page. I used RandomForestClassifier first, but it was too slowly for us (OpenRTB protocol require for very small time response), so I chose DecisionTreeClassifier algorithm at final.Skills I used: python, git, pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, MongoDB, Docker, kubernetes and little bit Clickhouse.
