Position: Contract Stress Engineer for BoeingResponsibilities: Skin Analysis Lead; Approver (PDM, Castle); detail part sizing - using classical hand calculations, static, fatigue (durability); Linear FEM; Formal Documentation;Projects:2020 - 2022: 787 Fuselage Large Area Repair ° Structural analysis engineer / commodity focal- Allowable Damage Limits (ADL) analysis methods revision and development- Communication with E-UMs- SCN preparation and checking- Created and implemented a plan to address all not covered skin defects in analysis.- Made CSW template to run ALL fuselage sections with updated geometry/loads/skin defect included.2017 - 2019: 777-8 Section 46, 47- Skin-Stringer Lead-MD Analysis; detail part sizing: skin, stringer, shear tie, penetration etc…-ILFEM model updating- Approver (PDM, CASTLE)- Coordination with other teams, E-UMs2014 - 2017: 777-9 Sec 46 - Skin-Stringer Lead;- MD analysis.
