Developed an internal methodology for onboarding and sharing experiences within the web and mobile solutions team.- Kept the final image of the project/product consistent in times of uncertaintyOBJECTIVES AND KEY FUNCTIONS:- Collection, analyze and develop detailed business/functional/non-functional requirements for the development team- Review of project artifacts with corporate clients, managing project scope changes- Development of detailed AS IS and TO BE business process diagrams (BPMN, ERD and UML) and user stories, transition scenarios and recommendations for organizational changes- Development of low and medium detail wireframes, layouts and prototypes in Figma and Axure for the design team- Development of system integration schemes and specs (SOAP, REST, MQ)- Development test scenarios and acceptance tests- Estimating the complexity of project tasks

At the first steps of my career, I founded my own web studio and gained experience in the implementation of web solutions: corporate websites, portals, online stores, promotional and landing pages, internal systems. More than 20 projects were made while managing a team of 8 people.
