Integration Environments' Team Lead
CurrentI'm engaged in 2nd level support of integration environments (Core-IT systems, Integration Environments / ETL) of the company. I manage a team of four administrators of business applications.The responsibilities include: correction/agreement of (non-)functional requirements/high-level design/test cases; communication with vendors; license management; creating/control/negotiating bugreports to vendors; expert assistance in difficult or emergency trouble, or a case of lack of knowledge among employees; setting tasks to team members; setting half-year goals subordinates, monitoring of KPIs; evaluation of staff; training of employees to administer business applications with the company's reglaments; preparation of reports of a week's events; planning capacity entrusted systems; troubleshooting systems; TCP-dump analysis; installing releases and patches; configuring business applications and operating systems; fixing trouble tickets; searching / processing data in large volumes of texts or databases; system recovery after a crash; writing / support of monitoring / reporting scripts (shell / bash / awk-programming, a little - lua, perl, python); setting of SSL / SSH, etc.I started work for VC as a specialist support Mission-Critical Systems (Mediation Devices), while working in the VC participated in projects to launch FTTB (Internet Access), integration of VimpelCom with SOVINTEL and Corbina, billing integration of the CIS countries and Russia, and every new Beeline's product.
