Key responsibilities:- Development, implementation and improvement of the internal control system- Operational control over procurement and contracting processes - Third parties and bidders' due diligence, inc. affiliation check- Fraud and Conflict of interests investigations - FCPA and UKBA risks mitigation, inc. actions plan performance- Report to the Chief Compliance officer and the President- Control over implementation of the Compliance division's recommendationsMember of Tender Boards at Dubai and Iraq

Key responsibilities:- Internal audit function development from scratch- Audits and investigations planning and performance- Report to the Board of Management and the Audit Committee- Internal audit staff recruiting and development- Company’s subsidiaries budget and procurement processes evaluation- Improvement of business process, internal control and risk management system- Control over IA’s recommendations implementation and assessment of their executionMember of the Company’s board

Key projects and responsibilities:- Annual planning, teams management, audits results negotiation - Preparing reports to the Company's Management- Procurement process and controls evaluation; bidders' affiliation check- Fraud investigations in the procurement, investments and construction - Evaluation of the capital investment projects' implementation at the Oil refinery assets- Capital construction and repairs audits at the Oil refinery plants and petrol retail stations- Analysis of the Oil products metering system (from the oil refinery to petrol retail stations)- Analysis and assessment of material balance formation and oil products leakage evaluation processes- Information security of the oil products metering systems and reportsMember of Downstream Tender Board
