My responsibilities included the development of some projects on Drupal, which provided API for mobile applications(Android and iOS). These projects included a few parts: a website that provides a web version of applications, an administrative part for managing the content and logic of the project, and an API for mobile apps. As an architect, I worked with a team to find better solutions for the project's architecture, creating models of databases and conceptual diagrams. As a project manager, I managed a team of 10-15 people, which worked on iOS, Android, backend, and front-end sides. Almost all projects in the company included mobile applications and backend based on Drupal or Symfony. As a project manager, I communicated directly with a client, created timelines, discussed all feature requests, and provided reports about development progress and sprint retrospectives. We worked on a Scrum/Agile methodology using Jira.
