As a senior designer, I was responsible for the design for all the company's products. And also, for the design of the mobile app for evacuation and the offline kiosk at the reception.I was involved in:• Designing user expirience form idea concepts to wireframes and prototyping, to design and implementation;• Created wireframes & high-fidelity prototypes;• Testing our interfaces on focus groups;Interviweving;• Work across iOS and Web platforms;• Product design for multiple products (Facility, Delivery, Security, Emergency & Workforce);• Introduction of design metrics, improvement of design processes within the team, systematisation of workflows;• Created design system department that was allocated across 3 countries. Mentored 4 designers;• Created design system which used team of 16 designers and 30+ developers and have impact of saving ~1,000h monthly of work for 5 product teams (iOS, Web).
