• New software development office fit out project realization for 6600 m2 and 730 working places with the innovative architecture solutions which make the atmosphere to be creative for the software development https://yadi.sk/d/9gtRYlRB3K6ZoA – starting from making the lease and ending by the fit out works commissioning.• Technical assignments development for the planning and works being agreed with the Landlord, internal services and the main production.• Organization of contracts making for planning and works being agreed with the internal services.• Works and deliveries schedules development and control of the same.• Works fulfillment control, their quality assurance and commissioning. • Liaising with the Landlord on the operation and maintenance of the building and premises in rent systems and networks in order to provide the comfortable and safe conditions for the personnel such as: lighting is in correspondence with the production peculiarities, balance of the ventilation and air conditioning systems is in place, safety and security engineering systems are always in order.
