Mostly we implemented IT infrastructures based on VMware products such as VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon\View, VMware SRM and hardware from different vendors HP, IBM, EMC, NetApp, HDS, Brocade• Troubleshooting different kind of technical issues with virtualization environments, production storage arrays and SAN, including performance issues and multivendor complex issues mostly succeeding to resolve within SLA• Implementing backup&recovery solutions based on Symantec NetBackup, Symantec BackupExec and Veeam B&R products. Including installation and support mid-range tape libraries from IBM and HP
