CAT alignment audited in 2021;• Successfully run division through CAT Excellence program in 2018-2019. Silver level awarded and sustained;• Developed and rolled out a standard (site presence+ assets) calculating and modeling tool for site promotions in 2020. White papers for 50+ projects created and signed-off in 2020-2023;• Successfully roll out one of the first BBS (Barloworld Business System) A3 project (contract flow digitalization) in VT during 2022;• Promoted EDF (electronic document flow) within Aftermarket function. Raised share of digital documents from +25% in 2021 to +76% in 2023;• Member of BI expert group since 2022.
