I started working as a software professional in the Contact Center space back in 2006, four years after I graduated with M. Math and two years after I permanently moved to live and work in Melbourne, Australia.So far it has been an exciting journey, full of challenges along the way, where my professional career has undergone a radical change from being a software developer to a company director.Since Contact Center is the “Front Door” through which customers interact with a business, “Customer Experience” (CX) is one of the focal points for both, companies running Contact Centers and Vendors delivering enablement products. As a result, all my efforts throughout my career have been focused on the problem of improving CX.Having a background with a tense focus on CX, my interests and committed efforts lie in the area of improving CX issues beyond Contact Center industry through what I do best – software.
