Project leader in establishing the new EMTN USD1.5 bln program of the bank, June07 placed USD250 mln issue.Represented the bank in road shows, IPO/strategic sales negotiations with international investors. Established trading&credit limits with major foreign banks working in Russia. Introduced new products including equity repo-deals with the leading western banks amounting to USD 400 mln, bank’s RUR local promissory notes program above USD 350 mln.Executed consulting, corporate finance and LBO mandates for the clients in Kazan, East Siberia and Far East of Russia.In 07 team organized 4 bond issues for the clients with a total volume of RUR6 bln.

(09.2003-08.2006), Head of Brokerage/Trading and Asset Management Business lines of the Russian Funds Group (2004-08.2006).Under mine management Prospect Investment became one of 24 leading European stock brokerage companies according to Thompson Financial.In 2003 I successfully organized the sale of Prospect Investment company to Russian Funds Group after a thorough search and negotiations within professional investment community in Moscow. Then I lead the integration process of Prospect and Russian Funds brokerage and asset management business. I spinned off Prospect Asset Management Company and merged it with Pallada Asset Management.In three years under my management Prospect Investment Group increased it's profit 5 times.
