Our software integrates with almost 70 Payroll systems. This includes data validation, cleansing, data processing, error reporting. Various integration mechanisms: flat files, XML/JSON, direct DB connection, via API end-points- Performance optimization. Dealing with clients varying between small and corporate with large data volume and highly-transactional operational environments.- Escalations – database locks, deadlocks troubleshooting, finding and optimizing slow performing queries. - Creation of reports and analytics for all level of users using SSRS and internal reporting system (developed by me).- Creation and support of audit system based on SQL Service Broker- DB security - DB objects encryption and symmetric key data encryption of sensitive information- Creation of maintenance plans – backups and index defragmentation- Quality assurance- Application Development (Windows desktop application) of new functional modules as well as maintenance of existing modules.- Web Development (mostly back-end)- Full Agile environment utilizing Jira- Continuous Development and Integration using TeamCity - Working closely with Business Analysts and Product managers, translating user requirements to technical specifications- Working with internal stakeholders and external clients- Managing of new-starters and juniors.- Conducting technical interviews with candidates Show less
