I am responsible for all client-facing channels from marketing and sales to customer on-boarding and support. I bring leads in by using social media, email drip campaigns, Google Ads, tweaking our website's SEO, and cold-calling prospects. I work with prospects to understand their business needs and use our software as a tool to solve their problems. Once the prospect is qualified, I do a personalized demo to show how our platform solves their pain-points. After the contract is signed, I set up training sessions with the new client, either virtual or in-person. I train the client and their team on the relevant sections of the platform. I check-in with the client on a regular basis to make sure our platform is working for them and if there are any suggested changes. I monitor our customer support system and respond to the issues clients are facing. If it is a bug in the system or a suggestion, I work with our development team to fix it or put it on our development roadmap. If the client needs more training, I train them in the areas that they are struggling in.
