Main Responsibilities:- Pre-Sales activities in Russia/CIS/Europe/Middle East region: customer presentations, meetings, workshops, responses to RFI/RFP, collaboration with account teams to position SON, prepare business cases and proposals- SON pilot projects: planning, setup, products demo, live 2G/3G/4G networks optimization, pre/post KPIs analysis, customer meetings, final reports preparation and presentation- SON deployments: team management, time plan preparation, documentation preparation, customer meetings, close collaboration with Product & RnD teams to deliver the projects on time - Post-sale support: SON actions audit & settings optimization, feature requests preparation and follow ups with Product & RnD teamsMain Achievements:- As pre-sales engineer participated in several Cisco SON wins with overal budget > $10M- Prepared and led 25 successful pilot projects worldwide (including MTS, VEON, Megafon, Vodafone, Orange, TIM, Zain, STC, Airtel, Sprint) to demonstrate value of Cisco SON suite in GSM/UMTS/LTE/VoLTE domains- Successfully deployed Cisco SON in Middle East operator (50K cells), managed a team of engineers- Supported 3 Cisco SON deployment projects in Russia Tier-1 operators (size up to 120K cells) which led to the projects successful completion on time

- Deployed Schema UMTS optimization solution in Tier-1 Russian operators (MTS, Megafon), as well CIS operators, signed all acceptance documents on time;- Responsible for pre-sales activities in Russia & CIS region;- SPOC for all Schema clients in Russia & CIS region (16 operators);

- Deployed GSM & UMTS planning and optimization solutions in Russia and CIS operators;- Performed numerous successful GSM/UMTS optimization projects in Russia/CIS/Europe operators;- Improved quality of customer support that helped Schema to increase sales;- Prepared and delivered multiple training sessions for 150+ engineers in Russia/CIS;

- Planned and optimized GSM sites within Moscow area to meet KPI targets;- Performed Frequency planning during BSS swap project which led no KPIs degradation;- Deployed and administered a new advanced Planning system within RNP Department;
