CurrentManaging consulting projects in finance and valuation of any typeof assets, including:- past due debt of Russian and international companies appraisal(more than 100 projects with a total sum of $3 bln);- mass assets valuation (top banks, oil and gas companies);- foreign assets of Russian Federation in more than 30 countries;- tax valuation of all the agricultural and industrial lands in severalregions;- analysis of the social and economic situation of all the regions ofRussian Federation on monthly basis;- other technically difficult consulting projects with complexcalculations and international projects;Full responsibility in each project for the chosen team, terms, costs,communication with the client, and quality.Optimization of business processes, development of IT products andtheir implementation in all companies of the group, including fastms word document creation tool from ms excel files data;Lecturing, training programs for colleagues;
