I served as a technical resource for supporting the Windows SharePoint Service application. My regular duties included responding to open support tickets from company employees and training end user administrators for the SharePoint sites. In supporting the application I had to interact with users from many different organizations. As an intern and I worked part time on the Windows File System team testing on Windows NT and XP and then moved over to SharePoint Portal Server 2001 and Exchange 2000/2003 applications. As a Full Time employee I was the first to be assigned to the latest version of SharePoint Technologies.
