When I joined Global Foundries the FAB was still under construction. The Test floor wasn't even built yet. Since that time I have participated in the Installation of Prober-Tester Cells which are actively testing chip structures to feed back process needs from our manufacturing floor. I trained the Process Technicians to be able to operate the equipment on a daily bases and now have 8 across the 4 teams I am currently Leading Six Sigma Green Belt Projects to improve our productivity which is on track to save GF millions in lost time and salaries.
