Responsible for leading major (US$ 2m-10m), highly complex, high risk and extremely specialised outsource programmes and bids, that lead to significant downstream revenue opportunities. Support of business development activity, through leading the overall solution design, programme shaping through to business case due diligence.

Responsible for the initiation, control, planning, resourcing and implementation of projects and programmes for established Clients, new business partners and internal stakeholders ranging US$ 200k to 2m budget

Led the programme to relocate 1,200 technical staff, their immediate effects and the technical laboratories in which they work, under the New Accommodation Programme. The programme was the largest and most complex Public Finance Initiative (PFI) in government history at the time. All staff and effects were transferred into the new facility as to plan with minimal service disruption.

Responsible for the design, build and delivery of complex electro-mechanical engineering projects to both established clients and new Business Partners. The highlight of this role was in providing technical support for two display lasers on the “Pink Floyd” world tour for 8-months, travelling throughout the US and Europe.
