Reporting directly to the Board of Directors and serving as the Strategic HR Partner to the Practice Manager; I coach, guide, and help to manage the overall provision of human resources, accounting, and payroll services with a strong emphasis on operational support and improvement. I advise at the executive, mid-manager and supervisory level regarding HR issues. At our five clinic locations & administrative offices located in the Portland OR, and Vancouver WA, our six physicians and the seventy staff members of Retina Northwest share a common commitment to a positive company culture; treating each other with an emphasis on respect, consideration, and care utilizing the latest medical and surgical treatments to provide the best possible outcome and future for our patients.
