Current- Supervise bookkeeping in compliance with Russian Accounting Standards - Daily check of correct arrangement of primary documents (VAT invoices, delivery notes, acts of services, reports, expenses documents etc.)- Development and implementation of the accounting and tax policies- Tax planning, monitoring and optimization of tax risks in compliance with the current Russian Tax legislation;- Organization and control of the all payments including payments to tax authorities and funds - Preparation and submission of the annual financial reports and quarterly tax declarations to the tax authorities, pension fund, social security fund- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget forecast for 3 years- Preparation of financial statements Balance Sheet, Profit and Loses, Cash Flow, according IFRS, SAP date load- Analyses of the project profitability and difference between budget and actual report- Foreign trade (imports, exports): management and control of all operations, foreign exchange controls.- Automation of accounting processes - Monitoring accounts receivable / payable, settlements with suppliers and buyers- Preparation and registration of contracts of sale, lease, agency and commission services- Payroll calculations and preparation of employee contracts- Cooperation with external and internal auditors- Introduction of legal algorithms work units- Managing team of 4 employees
