In late 2021, I founded Auxa Health following a deeply personal seven-year journey being the primary caregiver for my mother. Raised our first $1M and a subsequent undisclosed round, recruited Auxa's executive leadership, and hired the initial team of engineers and consultants.In its first year, Auxa Health was selected for the 2022 CB Insights Digital Health 150 -- List of Most Innovative Digital Health Startups in the World.Auxa is setting the new standard in social care coordination for health plans to manage vendors, optimize utilization, and coordinate delivery of Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) services.

In service to the WBG Senior Leadership and our 17,000+ staff worldwide, I advised the highest ranking executive for global corporate operations. Served as a liaison and provided portfolio oversight for the Bank's internal functions, covering: shared services, enterprise/operational risk, internal audit, legal, strategy, sanctions, treasury, strategy, budget, IT, corporate procurement, and our COVID-19 response & Return to Office strategy.

In pursuit of the Twin Goals (eradicating poverty and boosting economic prosperity), we help developing countries achieve sustainable growth by financing investment, mobilizing capital in international financial markets, and providing advisory services to businesses and governments.

Led mission critical initiatives across multiple sectors with a focus on transportation and infrastructure (MassDOT, RMV, MBTA, Labor & Workforce Development, Housing & Economic Development, Energy & Environmental Affairs). We took a data-centric approach to clearly measure, diagnose, and solve emergent issues, and helped drive teams to operationalize the Administration's key strategic goals. Served as a liaison between the Office of the Governor and Executive branch Cabinet departments on issues of policy development, and provided direct strategic operations assistance to Secretariats and Agencies to support critical improvements in their key functions.Coverage: strategy, transportation infrastructure, workforce/human capital, finance, own-source revenue, operations, legal/labor relations, information technology, public affairs, and private-public partnerships.
