My company, Adducent, develops, writes, ghostwrites, and publishes stories and books that are entertaining, informative, and enjoyable to read. We work with clients internationally.Our authors and clients are Admirals, Generals, other high-ranking military, CEOs and Senior Executives (including former CEOs, Chairmen, and SVPs of multibillion-dollar NYSE companies), retired members of Congress, and the United States Intelligence Community, Foreign Policy & Defense Industry Professionals, Government, Intelligence & Security Agency Professionals, University Professors, Scientists, Doctors, Surgeons, Attorneys, Entrepreneurs, and Business Professionals.Several clients have appeared on PBS NewsHour, 60 Minutes, and MSNBC (and other TV and radio shows nationally and in their local markets).I’ve been an entrepreneur since 1993. Full-time since 1996, when I resigned from my management position in an aerospace manufacturing company that had grown from $3 million in revenue to $700 million when I left (they’re at $3B now). Post-departure, divesting other businesses owned with partners, I founded Adducent in 2000 as a management and consulting firm. For over eight years, I worked with M&A attorneys, investment bankers, and business owners on management, planning, and growth through acquisition. That led to business writing, which led to a book, which led to my contacts asking for help to finish and publish their books. I did, and others needing similar assistance asked if I could write or ghostwrite their book and publish it. This unplanned sideline grew to supplant my consulting work (and became more fun). In 2009, it became my company’s full-time focus.I'm also a writer, ghostwriter, and veteran of the United States Navy (a former Operations Specialist). I’ve written a lot of nonfiction and fiction since 2008. As of this writing, over 2.5 million words worth (includes 37 books ghostwritten for clients: 14 nonfiction, 9 memoirs, and 14 fiction). Two books—ghostwriting projects for clients (creative nonfiction and a novel)—have been optioned for film or screenplay development. I’ve consulted on, and project-managed six books (4 novels, 2 nonfiction) for clients, helping them develop their story and publish it.
