• Served as Quality Assurance Director at what is now the Truro Cannabis Company. I drew on my analytical and data-processing skills, and my skill in reading, interpreting, and communicating within the regulatory environment, to design and lead a staff of two others to implement a Health Canada compliant Quality System. This system, which was integral to the company’s success in securing its Licences to Produce and Sell Cannabis, consisted of 40 original Standard Operating Procedures, 15 methods, associated forms for data collection, provisions for data analysis, trending, and archiving, continuous evaluation of the business’s production operations, post-market surveillance, and complaint handling.
