I collaborate with philanthropists in Ireland to create global change for children. Together we are working towards a brighter and more equitable future for every child. As Head of Philanthropy at UNICEF Ireland, I lead on the development and delivery of fundraising strategies for philanthropic individuals, trusts, and foundations. Working with a dedicated team, I create purpose-driven partnerships that support UNICEF's work for children around the world. I thrive on collaborating with donors and their families to explore meaningful alignments with their personal philanthropic values and interests. I have experience securing and stewarding seven-figure gifts and multi-annual partnerships that deliver tangible impact at scale. My passion for philanthropy and social impact is woven through a diverse, values-led career in the not-for-profit sector. From 2019–2022, as Major Donor Manager at Concern Worldwide, I secured and stewarded life-changing major gifts from individuals, families, and private foundations. Prior to this, I headed up development and sales as part of the senior management team that launched the Museum of Literature Ireland. I spent three years with the Abbey Theatre generating private sector support for Ireland's national theatre. As International Project Coordinator for the Year of Irish Design, I led on partnerships with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Enterprise Ireland, and the design sector to promote and grow Irish design globally — from medical devices and engineering to fashion and animation.I am privileged to be a board member of Dublin Theatre Festival, where I also sit on the Development Sub-committee. My academic achievements include a PhD fellowship at Trinity College Dublin and MA in Cultural Policy and Arts Management from University College Dublin. I have received several scholarships for academic excellence.I am motivated by the vision and values of UNICEF, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of millions of children. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new ideas, and collaborate with others who share the same commitment and enthusiasm. I look forward to connecting with fellow professionals and potential partners who are interested in supporting UNICEF's mission to protect the rights of every child. Please feel free to reach out if you want to have a conversation.
