1-Own the product strategy for current and new Nimbus products. Responsible to develop product roadmap, product pricing strategy and go-to-market plan.-Translate Nimbus product strategy into specific business initiatives to support growth and scaling of the Nimbus business. -Execute the strategic plan and ensure alignment between the business strategies and Nimbus’ overall business vision. -Develop and enhance appropriate pricing models for Nimbus products in collaboration with operation, marketing, and sales teams.-Perform cost reduction practices for Nimbus products with a focus on manufacturing efficiency improvement, material reduction and streaming, and suppler alternatives to improve profitability.2-Responsible for identifying and managing New Product Development (NPD) projects from the business case stage through product launch.-Have identified five (5) NPD opportunities for Nimbus since January 2018, which are aligned with the company’s strategic vision and business philosophy.-Develop a detailed product development plan with multiple practical stages for project management, monitoring, and tracking project progress and performance.-Lead Nimbus’ product development team, allocate projects among engineering team members according to specialized training and project requirements, support them with marketing insights and technical engineering analysis, develop budget estimates and targets, review and approve engineering documents, and track team performance.-Coordinate and collaborate with various functional teams across Nimbus to ensure that the NPD projects are planned and executed to meet company’s scope, budget and time plans.-Coordinate closely with Nimbus’ Executive team to ensure that projects are aligned with the company’s overall strategy and vision.-Work with HR to perform skill gap analysis, develop hiring plans, interview candidates, and screen them based on their technical and soft skills, and personality as per the company's guidelines.

1- Identify sales leads, maintain and develop relationship with customers, engineers, contractors and representatives (Reps) across Canada.o Have identified, assigned and trained five (5) successful and professional Rep firms across Canada to represent Nimbus across the nation and achieve appropriate coverage of potential customers in key market segments.o Pitch and present Nimbus products to potential customers, contractors and engineers in partnership with Nimbus Reps across Canada.o Identify new potential markets and applications for Nimbus products, and track sales volume and Reps’ performance across Canada.o Actively search for new potential markets and applications for Nimbus cooling products through Reps and customers’ feedback, and conduct market research and analysis to maintain awareness of the market and competitors.2- Own Nimbus sales pipeline for Canada and using CRM to track sales opportunities. 1- Owned the Nortek Air Solutions’ (NAS) Data Center (DC) group pipeline. Developed and implemented DC team’s strategy, business plan, and product requirements based on maximum profit opportunities and competitive market analysis.o Managed the data center team’s KPI and pipeline with +$65M revenue, and increased revenue by 25% in 2017 compared to 2016.o Value-engineered DC group products and improved the gross margin by minimum 10% for two main products categories in 2017.o Prepared monthly reports for NAS executive team and presented the data center team’s status report and sales pipeline to the NAS leader in executive monthly meetings. 2- Owned New Product Development (NPD) in the DC group and created a road map for future data center products based on market needs and positioning, NAS capabilities, and strategic business plan.
