Prepare quantity take off structure steel (Additions and Omission) from IFC drawings and Tekla model.Preparation and validation of quantities of steel structure at tendering and construction stage.Prepare quantity analysis based on the structural drawings, Engineering estimates, material required and hours involved.Optimized Fabrication/Connection complexity analysisGood knowledge on software like Auto CAD, TeklaReview and analysis all MEP drawings material.Ensure that all HVAC, plumbing, firefighting correct conditions as per client drawing, project specification and work plan.Monthly Interim Payment Application/Certificates (IPA & IPC) for the measured works liaises with all the claims according to conditions of contracts to be submitted to Consultant/Client.Prepare VO Pricing for completed Variation order with narrative, VO Norms and all engineering output and prepare a sub contract billing of all type of project.Review and Certify Invoices received from Subcontractors as per the contract terms stipulated in their subcontract agreementUndertake progress monitoring, verify quantity take-off and cost estimates to serve as a basis for invoicing the completed works.Manage data related to variation and prepare notice of variations / cost proposal and process with claims according to the conditions of contract.Review all approved/revised specifications and drawings.Draft correspondence to the client & contractor for notices, non-compliance, variations & claims.Attending weekly Commercial / Work Progress meetings whenever required
