In charge of managing Xecta's product line oriented to unconventional reservoirs, focused on field surveillance and production optimization using hybrid physics-based and machine-learning models.During my tenure, started the initial rollover of the product and successfully executed four subsequent releases, which became the top revenue center in the company.This was a multifunctional role which involved actively working in developing new concepts and R&D, prototyping and testing, and leading various customer engagement projects through executing POC (proof of concepts) and POV (proof of value).As a product owner/manager, directly responsible of developing and implementing the solution, leading a cross-functional team of software developers, data engineers, UX designers and petroleum engineers using Agile practices.Actively worked on developing algorithms to tackle following problems:- Well performance analysis using DTOF (diffusive time of flight approach) and material balance- Automated PI-based production forecasting- Unsupervised learning of well's performance through dynamic clustering- Continuous IPR (e.g. well deliverability under varying depletion stages)- Gas Lift Optimization- PVT analysis- Automatic end-to-end BHP calculation for full well life cycle- Production optimization for network systems- Hybrid BHP calculation (combining empirical or mechanistic correlations with ML)Responsible for executing projects with US-based customer to apply workflows in Bakken, Eagle Ford, Woodford, Haynesville and Permian Midland, where I analyzed thousands of wells.
