Headway helps people be more productive and satisfied by having a daily conversation with themselves. Based on casual research, Headway started as a no-code experiment with friends and grew into a (self-funded) subscription-based iOS app that scaled to a few thousand users, but lacked retention and funds to iterate, so I moved on.https://www.getheadway.app

Responsible for worldwide retail digital products with three direct reports, covering 100+ locations in 20+ countries and languages.

Led multiple products and projects from conception to launch across, web, mobile and retail.2015/6Retail - Assumed ownership of retail tech during high-growth phase, revamping products to scale from 20 US retail locations to 150+ in 20+ countries (and languages).Products included:- 42" Touchscreens- iOS Sales App- Live Supercharger Network "Mission Control" experience2013/4- Web - Site redesign, charging experience and ongoing work for Model S configurator- Mobile - Sales enablement and autoshow apps

Helped launch Flow, a task-management and collaboration Web app created by Metalab, including messaging, SaaS pricing and PR outreach strategy

Swashbuckled my way out of internal audit/consulting in the heart of the recession.
