Capture Lead for multi-million dollar flight simulator upgrade program; other proposal efforts as directed

Managed a multi-year, $139M program consisting of several concurrent, interdependent simulation projects that advanced and improved CAE's simulation technology. These leading-edge US Special Operations Command programs were challenged by the customer's operational needs for mission rehearsal and flight training simulators, and aircraft concurrency changes. Dynamic projects required focused and effective management of risks, changes, requirements, and subcontracts. Program included multiple contract types (CPFF, FFP, and T&M). Concurrently managed other small programs valued at $5M for other DoD agencies. Managed other flight simulator and maintenance trainer projects worth $17.6M prior to major program portfolio. Consistently received excellent management comments on Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARS). Capture Manager for large programatic engineering change proposals, and numerous other competitive procurements.

Director of Asset Management for the Pinnacle Alliance, a multi-company consortium providing information technology services on a $2B outsourcing contract with JP Morgan in NYC. Responsible for meeting service level agreements regarding inventory management of 20,000 desktops and 3,000 servers.Accomplishments* Developed and implemented primary processes and tools to track inventory and manage the provision of moves, adds and changes in a diverse, active, and demanding financial services environment.* Instrumental in designing and developing asset data respository for full suite of JPM desktop services, which reduced redundant systems, supported better workflow and interfaced with other key financial systems.

CSC Project Manager for $40.7M, two-year software development project; Co-led 185 person team with Andersen Consulting. Responsible to Center VP for project cost/schedule performance and profit goals, and for subcontract management of three companies.Accomplishments* Delivered completed product on time and within budget, exceeding expectations of Joint Service clients; implemented advanced three-tiered, client server architecture.* Achieved three-fold increase in CSC staffing over original plan.

Project manager for the $1.5M annual Modern Aids to Planning Program at US Central Command, Tampa, Florida. Responsible for initiation, development, implementation, and maintenance of four simultaneous software development projects, yielding products widely used throughout military modeling and simulation community. Site manager for CSC teams suppporting CENTCOM and SOCOM.Accomplishments• Developed site into premiere source of warfare simulation enhancements, database tools, and graphical pre/post processors supporting similar sites in DoD; supported CENTCOM during the Persian Gulf War.• Led technical proposal effort that won re-compete for $100M multi-year contract.
