Tasked with the management of our projects consisting of valves, actuators and pipeline accessories.Heavy involvement with schedule and technical management of key projects, leading to regular and effective communication with both customers and suppliers.My role in the management of the projects includes the complete technical review of the work packages to ensure that ordered goods comply in full with client specifications.A high level of quality control and time management is required to ensure that the items being procured comply with all the requirements set out by our customers. Quality control activities which I perform of oversee include but are not limited to; Quality document review, material checks & condition assessments.Whilst I am the primary link for post PO operations with our larger customers, I also manage the day to day business of PAC including; developing pricing structures for customers, developing internal procedures to ensure the business runs smoothly and managing aspects of our quality system to ensure that our works are fully compliant with ISO9001. PAC is a small team capable of supplying according to your needs, whether this is project related valving and accessories for the oil & gas industry or smaller commodity and specialised items required for various customers across a wide range of industries. I am heavily involved in all project valve deliveries. My tasks include reviewing the client's technical specifications to determine the requirements for delivered goods, along with ensuring raised purchase orders are correct according to the client's orders/specifications. Throughout the life cycle of the order, I am required to confirm that the goods being supplied conform to the client's requirements. This is completed through the cross checking of manufacturer documentation with the technical specifications, meaning that I must ensure that the manufacturer's order acknowledgements, drawings and procedures all comply with both the order and the technical specifications.My role within the company requires heavy liasing with both manufacturers and customers. Whether this be the obtaining of a schedule, reporting on job progress or identifying potential issues during the manufacturing/testing phases and delivering these to the appropriate party and working through said issues to ensure that any delays are minimised and that the quality of the supplied goods is maximised.
