Bloom is a human development organization that runs transformative skills and enterprise development programs in MENA and Africa, helping them flourish and increase their impact through social entrepreneurship or other impact efforts.- Part of the Executive Leadership team collaborating with the CEO and head of departments- Designing and managing entrepreneurship program operations and a remote team across multiple countries, optimizing workflows with project management tools, setting objectives, and monitoring performance- Optimizing Bloom’s program management methodologies by developing innovative playbooks and processes and designing our internal training curriculum to build staff capacities- Coaching and overseeing the team on their roles through the end-to-end planning and execution of programs, including strategy, communications, budget management, outreach/sourcing, selection of enterprises, design and implementation of customized learning and development journeys for program participants, monitoring and evaluation, audits, internal and external technical and financial reporting, and managing all aspects of the project lifecycle- Creating and implementing the programs’ activities via needs assessments, tailored capacity building, coaching and mentoring, online and in-person community events, conferences, and regional market discovery trips- Handling donor relationships (including institutional donors) and ecosystem partnerships; Supporting fundraising and business development, including budgeting, forecasting, budget variance, and burn rate analyses- Coordinating with the Finance, People, and Operations departments to set and ensure compliance with operational strategies, policies, and procedures, develop a culture and processes promoting diversity, inclusion, and staff well-being, and provide timely support to staff to address operational issues- Supported 200+ entrepreneurs and 15+ entrepreneurship support organizations in seven programs to date
