-Set up and managed accounts for general retail customers in several markets, within and around the Charlotte area.-Received additional training to specialize in managing SMB accounts of up to 100 employees. A&A Ability was founded by my grandfather, Danny Moyer, in the 1970's in Baltimore, MD. My grandfather had become a very well known HVAC Mechanic in the city because he was often hired by many of the Baltimore Orioles' players! He was a huge fan that went to every home game growing up, and would one day come to bring his own children. My grandfather taught me the trade growing up and I did very well as a duct installer, but it never sparked my interest enough to one day make a career out of it. Instead, at 17 years old I started helping him think of new ways to reach more customers, through social media and email marketing. Through many hours of studying "how-to" videos from Youtube professionals, we were able to significantly grow his business and thus sparking my interest in marketing and sales.
