Provide instruction to professionals, agencies, and individuals in areas related to trauma-informed care, EMDR, foster care and adoption, and clinical business practices. Organize and facilitate group education.

Instruct up to 31 MSW students at a time in areas of practicum, clinical skills, and professionalism. Grade assignments and provide meaningful feedback to support student learning and development.

Develop outpatient and intensive outpatient mental health clinic for children and adults with over 300 active clients. Secure insurance contracts, maintain billing and compliance, and develop digital platform. Create website, marketing tools, and network with community leaders to secure adequate referrals. Obtain and train up to 8 MSW interns and 7 clinical staff at a time. Provide comprehensive outpatient therapy centered on resiliency, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and attachment theory.

Maintained caseload of adolescents, adults, and families with acute needs primarily related to trauma, attachment, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and personality disorder traits. Crisis intervention and safety planning.

Managed and maintained safety of 16 clients on adult inpatient unit and up to 8 pediatric/adult clients on walk-in crisis unit. Completed intakes, risk assessments, treatment plans, and discharges. Monitored progress, provided EBP skill-building individually and in groups. Counseled patients and families.
