I began my IT Career graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor's of Science in Information Technology (Networking). Shortly after, I landed a great opportunity as a Networking / Help Desk - Intern - for Keesler Federal Credit Union. There, I was able to apply years of studies and be hands-on with many tasks including networking / help desk duties. Upon my completion of the internship, I made my advancement towards the NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) - Tier 1 - Helpdesk Customer Assistant assisting NASA-Employees and NASA-Affiliates troubleshoot basic computer task and manage account information. After a year and a half, I was offered an opportunity to work for NASA End User Services and Technologies (NEST) - Tier 2 - as a Support Desk Technician assisting NASA-Employees and NASA-Affiliates with more troublesome and tedious tasks.
