Owned the development of the Banks annual budget, strategic plan and initiative financials, partnering with the business lines, functional groups and executive management. Recruited to support the Consumer Banking Head define and implement a growth strategy and enhance the financial reporting and internal control framework. Member of the Senior Management Team and Operating Committee, Led a team of 20+ across management and financial reporting, treasury and customer analytics. Responsible for developing the strategic plan, leading the annual budget process, conducting the monthly business reviews, month end close, balance sheet reviews, internal/external audit coordination, pro-forma statutory accounts and liaison with corporate compliance. Responsible for managing a derivative operations team and legal entity controller for 5 Special Purpose Vehicles. Combined financial expertise with operational processes to deliver daily trading prices, corporate action advice and product/business performance to the trading desk and clients. Supervised daily P&L, FX exposure hedging, central bank reporting, all month end processes and journal postings.
