Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesCreating the organization’s mission, vision and objectives;Agreeing with the organization’s shareholders and owners the future financial targets for the company;Being responsible for the creation of a solid business plan that all managers and team leaders are aware of, and are working towards achieving;Meeting with the senior management team on a regular and periodic basis to ensure all company targets are on track to be achieved;Conducting a business SWOT analysis on a periodic basis;Hiring and employing of all senior management team members;Responding to organizational threats and ensuring the brand reputation of the organization is protected;Being responsible for the financial performance of the company;Taking responsibility for all organizational issues and responding to them in a timely manner;Meeting with company shareholders to explain organizational performance in line with company balance sheet and profit and loss account;Other duties as deemed appropriate by the Board and Directors and Shareholders.

Main responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager:Required to manage multiple, difficult and complex projects, organizationally-wide;Demonstrate effective on-site and off-site leadership skills;Meet project goals, timescales and specifications as determined during the planning stage of each project;Utilize effective project management skills to lead and inspire team members, contractors and those people who have a vested interested in the project;Work solely to achieve the objectives of the plan as determined by the client or the senior management team members of the organization you are employed by;Use the project management AGILE process to manage and deliver multiple projects;Make use of outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;Ensure effective procurement of resources to meet the needs of each project you are managing;Use innovative thinking and a creative approach to solving difficult and challenging projects;Create and deliver professional presentations to key organizational Directors and shareholders on the progress of each project.
