Hi, my name is Dalit Michael-Sipper, I am an ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTANT, based in central Israel. My formal EDUCATION, my professional EXPERIENCE, and my SOUL are those of an ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTANT, a SENIOR MANAGER, and a SOCIAL WORKER, ALL ROLLED UP IN ONE.I have an MA in Organizational Consulting and Development, and a BA in Social Work, and an 18-year track record of senior management, in both private and public organizations.I am a also a returning resident, after having relocated to the United States for four years — one of the most beautiful periods of my life (and I am also a proficient English speaker).The large and diverse toolbox I have accumulated over the years, both as a manager and an organizational consultant, as well as my training as a social worker, enables me to work comprehensively at various levels within an organization. The manager in me sees the organization in its entirety, as a whole, an independent living and breathing entity, going from the managers’ point of view, through the management backbone and stakeholders. The detail-oriented social worker in me recognizes the crucial role of employees in the fabric of the organization. Their satisfaction and motivation are essential for maintaining a healthy, flexible, and ever-changing structure that is human, effective and efficient. In short, I bring an all-encompassing forest-and-trees perspective to my work.I believe that organizations can reach their full potential and thrive when they prioritize Organizational Emotional Intelligence (OEI). By fostering a culture of empathy, understanding, and collaboration, organizations can cultivate strong moral and emotional commitments among employees towards the organization and their direct managers. Furthermore, when employees are actively engaged in defining the organizational vision and working collectively towards common goals, the organization flourishes both professionally and emotionally, leading to increased productivity, innovation, and ultimately financial success. Division ManagerAleh - The Association For The Elderly In Rehovot Apr 2012 - Nov 2016In my 4 years at “Aleh — the Rehovot Association for the Elderly", a nonprofit organization providing solutions to the elderly in the city of Rehovot, I worked as a division manager of a team that consisted of 10 employees. I oversaw operations, instruction, management, supervision, quality control, customer relations, and marketing of the department, and was engaged in part of those areas within the entire organization.I initiated, led, and saw through cross-organizational changes, such as the incorporation of salary preparation within the organization and the implementation of a new salary software to be used in this process. Moreover, I directed the renewal and rewriting of the entire association’s website.I also rewrote all of the division’s rules and regulations, initiated new work processes to become better suited and more efficient for my team and for the clients. I renewed and improved the forms that were in use, in order to complement the entire process improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Division ManagerTigbur Group Oct 1999 - Nov 2011Ramat Gan, Tel Aviv, IsraelAs part of my job at Tigbur I led 28 teams consisting of 150 employees in total (social workers, nurses, secretaries, and salary clerks) throughout the entire country, working in 28 different branches of the company and engaged in many different projects. As a senior manager answering directly to the company's CEO, my subordinates included all the division employees, branches, and projects, and all the branch managers and project managers reported to me. The customers we served included public and governmental institutions, such as the National Insurance Institute of Israel (Social Security), the Welfare Ministry, the Defense Ministry, the Health Ministry, and different corporations and non-profit organizations.My different staffs were in charge of nearly 4,000 employees, engaged in the profession of helping and caring for the elderly and for the helpless people receiving our services. I was in charge of operations, instruction, management, supervision, quality control, customer relations, and marketing throughout the entire division and the projects operating within it.
